Mercedes has added one more piece of design and luxury to its Maybach segment. The Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 was revealed on 22 November at the Guangzhou Motor Show in China. It is the upgraded variant of the older third-generation GLS. This is the best in class from Mercedes, and it is here to give a fierce competition to Bentley Bentayga, Rolls Royce Cullinan, etc.
Lots of changes can be seen from both exteriors as well as from interiors. This is a whole new look from the Mercedes with large chrome grills in front with sleek LED headlamps. This Maybach is 5202mm long and stands tall on 23-inch wheels. The headlights are very pleasing to the eyes and fits in entirely in the nose of the GLS 600. The Mercedes Maybach will be available in both four and five-seater variant.

Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 generates power using a hybrid unit with a turbocharged 4-liter V8 engine combining with a 48V EQ boost system. The hybrid setup can produce a massive 558hp and a tremendous 730Nm of torque. There is a 4-Matic all-wheel-drive system with a nine-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all the wheels. The company claims 0-100kph in just 4.9 seconds. This is an excellent reach from an SUV perspective.

The GLS 600 comes with optional two-tone color scheme with eight different color combinations. The chrome lines on the bonnet are identical to the older GLS. The Mercedes GLS 600 comes with the chrome B-pillars and Maybach branding on the D-pillars. At the rear, the chrome lining connects the reflectors and the taillamps.
