Met Gala 2020

Colloquially and affectionately referred to as “fashion’s biggest night out,” the Met Gala 2020 is a fundraising benefit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The Met Gala is among one of the greatest events of a year and is usually organized in the first week of May. This year it was scheduled on May 4, but due to the unfortunate circumstances regarding the pandemic, the event could not take place.

Due to the cancellation of the Met Gala, Katy Perry was unable to wear her beloved dress showing her baby bump. On Tuesday night, she posted a photo of the dress on Instagram with the caption “what would have been #themetball2020”.
