In the past, Versa has been the flagship for the Fitbit company, but no more for Fitbit has launched Sense! This smartwatch is bound to turn heads all over the world, with its newest feature – detecting stress in the wearer.
This $330 watch is the new lead runner for Fitbit, leaving behind the Versa, which is priced at $230. Although at first glance, they both look very identical, the Fitbit Sense has many more sensors to offer! The best feature is the EKG (electrocardiogram) sensor, which detects atrial fibrillation.
The Fitbit Sense detects your stress levels when you place the palm over the display, and the electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor, which is present in the frame around the watch. It then uses very efficient algorithms to detect how the results correspond to your stress levels.
Your watch also tells you to tell your exact temperature, although it will give an approximate number or a range. Even after all of this, the watch this still will last 6+ days on one charge, the company claims.
If this works out well and is correct about 90% of the time, this watch might do the world a great good!
