Ex-bodyguard sues Kris Jenner for sexual harassment

Kristen Mary Jenner, an American television personality and Kylie Jenner’s mother, as known by the world, is being sued for engaging in sexual misconduct with her ex-bodyguard.

The lawsuit filed by McWilliams quoted that he worked as security for Jenner in 2017 until he was suspended in 2018 for creating a hostile environment and violating California labor codes, and then began working for Kourtney Kardashian till February 2019.

The defendants claim the allegation to be on false grounds as no activity of this sort ever took place. Marty Singer, Jenner’s lawyer said that Jenner vehemently denies McWilliams’s claims and his attorney’s malicious prosecution.

Among the things quoted in the lawsuit, most of them are quite disturbing, as it says that McWilliams was subjected to sexual advances and harassing misconduct followed by overt sexual nature of the comments passed, including suggestions regarding his physical appearance and his involvement in sexual activities, further suggesting him to engage in a sexual and romantic relationship.

To support the claim made, McWilliam further stated that he tried complaining to the supervisors at the security agencies, but no steps were taken to stop attacks upon Plaintiff.

Jenner went on to call McWilliam’s claims absurd allegations that are clearly fabricated.

kris never acted inappropriately towards him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job.

Kourtney Kardashian has not been accused of anything, though she has been named in the lawsuit.

We understand that the defendants have put out misinformation as an effort to discredit Mr. McWilliams in the court of public opinion. The defendants clearly are mobilizing their formidable PR machine to mount a smear campaign against an employee they mistreated. We look forward to litigating this in court.
