What I have learned after writing 499 articles with News Landed…

When I started News Landed with my co-founder Akhil Katam in April 2019, I never thought I would be in the stage that I am in right now. News Landed just started as a way for me to write about whatever topic I wanted, online. Many millions of views later, looking back on my writing, I can see the way that News Landed has changed me, and helped others as well.

Initially, the only viewers were close friends and family. I never thought that we would grow this rapidly, even attracting other writers that wanted to publish on our publication. We started having giveaways, we started teaching writers how to write, we continued to adapt and evolve.

I have come to appreciate the art of journalism, the beauty of long-form content. I have not just honed my writing skills, but allowed News Landed to help other writers hone their skills as well. The goal transitioned from just being a platform for me to publish, to a platform for anyone to publish.

I’d like to thank everyone that believed in this platform—friends, family, and my co-founder. I look forward to the next stage of News Landed, where we aim to take the art of sharing long-form content to the next level. Thank you.
