It’s official! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are expecting their second child. A spokesperson had announced this news on behalf of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on CBS News on Sunday (February 14), mentioning that ‘the couple is overjoyed to be expecting their second child’. Buckingham Palace had also released a statement stating that the royal family is ‘delighted’ by the arrival of the new baby.
The couple’s friend and photographer, Misan Harriman, posted a personally taken picture of the Duke and Duchess sitting on the grass under a tree.
Previously, Meghan had opened up on The New York Times about her miscarriage in July of 2020. In the article, she had expressed her feelings and views on not only the fact that talking about a miscarriage is considered taboo but also the fact that the past year had brought in so much ignorance to the point where no one is stopping to ask the people around them if they were okay.
Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess have been finalizing the deals with Spotify for their upcoming audio projects and podcasts.
